A shout-out to Jen Glyzinski of the Satushek Team at Keller Williams Western Realty in Bellingham WA. Jen listened carefully to our interests, both online and in person, scouting land and properties that met our needs and desires. She calmly took us from place to place, and when the just-right property came along, worked all of the details for our closing in just 2 weeks. Jen uses her team effectively. When she had a prior commitment, she brought Laurie Shatusek on board to guide us through the agreement process. Jen handled all of the financing details, the housing inspection and communication with other brokers. We saw the properties in person, but handled all of the closing details from 3000 miles away.
